The pleasing station wagon from Matorell brings dynamics and a sporty appearance with it. This makes the Leon the perfect basis for JE DESIGN. The Swabian tuner already has a wide range of accessories available for the sports tourer - now the product range has been expanded to include a flap exhaust system.

This system is connected directly to the vehicle's on-board electronics via CAN bus. Due to the existing EC approval, it is registration-free and 100% legal, also in connection with an ABT performance increase.

The flap exhaust system can be conveniently operated via the "Cupra Drive Profile" on the touchscreen. The profiles Comfort, Sport and Cupra are available there. In the Comfort profile, the exhaust flap remains closed, and the exhaust is quiet. In Sport and Cupra mode, the exhaust system unleashes its full sound through the open flaps - music to the ears of every petrol head.

The flap system replaces the standard system after the OPF and has a consistent diameter of 70 mm up to the rear silencers. It consists of a connecting pipe with a T-piece, which leads left and right to the two rear silencers together with the exhaust flaps. The rear silencers each have 2 oval beveled tailpipes measuring 106 x 71 mm. These are available in black or copper and have a JE DESIGN logo embossed on the top. All parts are made of high quality stainless steel. The system also includes the CAN switch module for the flap control including a cable set with connector, hose and magnetic valve.
